About Paula Zirinsky.

Paula Zirinsky, the founder of Zirinsky Strategy LLC, is a seasoned marketing professional who excels in tackling marketing challenges and problem-solving through branding and thought leadership initiatives. With over four decades of experience, she possesses a proven track record in identifying growth opportunities for global companies and has a knack for building the necessary infrastructure and teams to drive strategy, branding, thought leadership, marketing, and business development. She is also well-versed in content creation, communications, digital programs, and the implementation of technology platforms.

In her previous role as a global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Paula held leadership positions at renowned professional services firms such as K2 Integrity (formerly K2 Intelligence), a leading risk advisory firm, and several prestigious law firms including Morgan Lewis, Morvillo Abramowitz, Fried Frank, and Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft. Additionally, she has provided corporate marketing and communications counsel to esteemed companies like Daimler-Benz AG, Mercedes-Benz AG, Daimler Chrysler, and Hanover Direct Inc. On the consumer side, Paula has successfully launched and grown new products and businesses for notable companies in consumer-packaged goods, fragrance and cosmetics, and home furnishings sectors, including American Home Products, Revlon, Charles of the Ritz, Gryphon Development/Limited Brands, and Dawson Home Fashions.

Paula actively engages with her industry through speaking engagements, writing, and blogging, focusing on various topics such as marketing, business development, client engagement, branding, thought leadership, and marketing technology.

She is an active member of several professional associations, including the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), the American Bar Association (ABA), the International Bar Association (IBA), and the Legal Marketing Association (LMA). Within the LMA, she has served on the New York Local Steering Committee, held board positions, and chaired the New York Local Sponsorship Committee. Additionally, Paula is an elected member of Wisemen, an exclusive group of top corporate communications professionals, and a member of Law Firm Media Professionals (LFMP).

Beyond her professional commitments, Paula has contributed her time and expertise as a Board Member of the Girl Scout Council of Greater New York. She co-chaired the council's Women of Distinction Breakfast and actively participated on the Marketing Committee. In recognition of her outstanding service to the Girl Scout Council of Greater New York and the wider Girl Scout movement, Paula received the Adult Volunteer and Community Recognition 'Thanks Badge' in 2013. Her passion for Thin Mints has also led her to become a lifetime member of Weight Watchers.
